Program Management
Dayton T. Brown, Inc. is an independent project and program management oriented organization whose existing management system was developed to accommodate over 2,000 discrete programs per year. These projects range from brief tests or evaluations to complex research and development (R&D) or engineering programs of many years’ duration.
Complete program management – study, concept development, detailed design, prototype fabrication, test and evaluation, quality conformance inspection, and documentation – provided by DTB ensures consistent high quality performance. Our in-house engineering and technical personnel have many years of experience and are able to manage and implement all of the tasks required for R&D programs – providing our customers with efficient and diversified support for their requirements.

At DTB, we know the importance of keeping your testing information private. Therefore, all of the work that we perform for our customers is kept confidential. Our independent test lab ensures a high level of satisfaction due to our strict adherence to our core values.
Additionally, being an objective, third party test lab ensures that we are impartial to any and all of our customers. Here at DTB, our customers can feel safe knowing that we view confidentiality as a very important matter and that we treat our customers equally.
Contracts
Federal agencies are able to obtain a wide variety of engineering, manufacturing, and technology services through contract vehicles. The purpose of this area is to provide potential customers with current information concerning DTB contract vehicles which are available for use in acquiring our support & services.

Small Business Subcontracting
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause 19.702 sets forth the statutory requirement that any contractor receiving a contract for more than the simplified acquisition threshold must agree in the contract that small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns will have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in contract performance consistent with its efficient performance.

The GSA Contract is the Federal Supply Services vehicle for customers who wish to obtain Professional Engineering Services (PES). We are approved to provide PES in the following areas:
